Returns Policy

Return terms

• Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Unused and in original condition and packaging
• Return authorization (RMA) number required
• Custom or special-order products are non-returnable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• A 20% restocking fee applies to returned merchandise
• Items damaged in transit are handled as a carrier claim, not a return: report them within 5 business days of delivery (see Shipping policy)

How to return an item

1. Email info@aerotorch.com or call (973) 759-0959 with your order number and the item you are returning.
2. We send you an RMA number and the return address. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside, and ship it with a tracked service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
